Kaitaia’s Spring Show

A meeting of the committee of the Kaitaia Horticultural Society was held on Tuesday when the following arrangements were made for the Spring Show which is to beheld on Friday Nov. 8 th. Stewards appointed were:—Section 1— Mesdames B. Vercarmer, W. Geard and S. Shaw. 2 and 3—Mesdames Nield, Morpeth and Taylor. 4—Mesdames R Lewis P. Yendell and P. Wilkinson. 5 Mesdames J. Hughes, J. Archibald and Dr. Torrie. 6—Mrs M. Hammond. 7 Mesdames D. Hudson, D. Jameson, J. Thornton and J. Paulson. B—Messrs W. Dyer and A. W. Wilkinson. The following carrying Stewards were appointed:—Misses Hazel Masters, Alma Gallagher, Cissie Wilkinson, Mesdames J. N. Moore and N. Clifford. The following was inadvertently oramitted in schedule—Mr. T. S. McMillan donates prizes to the value of 10/6 for class 40. Class 39 should read collection 12 varieties one each spike, stick or truss. Classes 60 and 61 should read collection 1 spike each 3 varieties.
