TE PUI

On April 11th the monthly meeting of the Te Pui Women's Institute was held at the residence of Mrs. Andrew Edwards, when there was a good attendance of members and visitors. Tbe competitions were, for ladies, a serviette made from a flour bag, and a Bponge roll, and for juniors, serviette and scones. Some very good work was shown. Mesdames A. Edwards and C. White were the hostesses for the afternoon and served a delicious afternoon tea. Miss Jean Tracey demonstrated fancy folding of serviettes, which was much appreciated.
