Tennis Match The Tennis Club are to hold an inter-team contest between the Tui and the Kiwi teams at the courts tomorrow. Hall Improvement Dance The dance at the hall on Saturday evening was well patronised, about forty couples occupying the floor. The Hall Improvement Fund should soon be large enough to enable much needed improvements being made, seeing that now the hall piano has been paid for. Shearing Recommenced After some ten days cessation, the phut-phut of the shearing engine was again heard here, mingling in chorus with the bleating of sheep protesting against being deprived of their coats.
