Nurse Jewiss has been visiting Te Hapua and is due back today. MrJC Marsh of Church Road is spending a holiday in the South. The Rev Drake returned to Auckland by the Clansman yesterday. Mrs Ambrose Stevens left for her . future home in Auckland yesterday. Mr Mason has been elected Secretary of the Kaitaia Golf Club, in place of Mr W A Christiansen who has left the district. Mr W Whitefield who has been visiting Auckland, in connection with his son Clyde’s serious illness returns to Kaitaia to-day. We regret to announce that Clyde’s condition is unchanged. Mr Richardson (General Motors) is visiting Kaitaia. Mr Harding Leaf, of the Health Department is visiting the Northland. The following guests are registered at the Redan Hotel, Kaitaia : Messrs Ward, Hay, Keay, Moxley, Greer, Matthews, Shanklif, Rogers, Winne, Howie, Richardson, Keean and Leaf. Mr Ward of Auckland is paying a business visit to Kaitaia. Mr Lionel Gallagher is holiday making in Auckland. Messrs Carswell and Dennelly of Hawkes Bay, who have been visiting Kaitaia, left yesterday for Kaikohe Mr and Mrs L Watts and family, of Manurewa arrived in Kaitaia last evening.
