Condition Needs Improving. Ai the Kai’a'a Town Board’s meeting on Monday evening the n cessary improvements to Bonr t’s road was di-cuased by the *c. nmis. ionexs. The chairman, I :jT B T latfe said: “I a.n going to see that 3onneit’s road is fixed before I vacate the chair. T is road is sadly in need of re airs.” The secretary pointed out that ti Hospital Board would assist tc mprove the portion ot this road in the vicinity of the district nurse’s residence. It was also decided at the m eting that settlers a'oug this rcadbe iked to chr to £SO. A resolution was subsequently moved, “That tenders be called on a certain date, returnable by April I, subject o the approval of the Public Works Department re the metalling and culverting of Be aett’s road.”
