Rural Advances
A “Gazette” notice contains initial regulations under the Rural Advances Act, 1926. The valuation fees range from l Sion an application for a loan up to £too to £3/13,6 on an application for a loan of over £3500, but not exceeding £5500. The costs and fees for the preparation and completion of mortgages for advances are to be determined in accordance with scale, and will be deducted from the amount of the advance agreed to be granted. For mortgages under the Land Transfer Act, 1915, costs and fees r ange from 7/6 if the advance does not exceed £250 to £2/7,6 where it is over £3500, but not in excess of £55500. In the case of mortgages under the Deeds Registration Act, 1908,18/- £5500. In the case of mortgages under £l5O, and £6 where it exceeds £3500, but is not over £5500,
