Riots in Russia. Jews Mercilessly Beaten. ST. PETERSBURG, June 16. The Russian situation is again serious. Riots have been renewed, the Jews being mercilessly beaten and houses robbed and burnt. Rumours of an intended massacre are current. Six thousand Jews have taken refuge in a forest, and are now surrounded by troops.
