The sale will be held at their Warehouse, Trafalgar Street, and will commence at Twelve o'clock punctually. ELIGIBLE INVESTMENT. TO be SOLD, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, on very reasonable terms, that valuable and well situated SUBURBAN SECTION, 135, Waimea West, together with the whole or part of the erections thereon. Several acres are now under crop, and a great part of the section is securely fenced in. Two extensive valleys, well adapted for sheep and cattle grazing, are in immediate connexion with the west end of this section, to which a good road has recently been constructed through the wood. A right of road over the east end of section 136, now substantially fenced in, has been secured to 135, which renders it easy of access from the Waimea Plain. The wood abounds with fine ■pars and other valuable timber, being within four miles of water communication with Nelson. The section possesses in a high degree four of the chief requisites usually sought for by the settler ; viz., an eligible situation, land of the first-rate quality wood suitable fur all purposes, and an ample and never- failing supply of good water. The section is completely sheltered from the high prevailing winds, and has an extensive wood frontage to the West Waimea Plain, which, with the above qualities, ensures it a safe and ultimately .» profitable investment on the terms it is offered, which may be learnt on an application to Messrs.
