The decision :s related to arrangements for the restoration of Greece and it is understood that it will be applied to all foreign firms without distinction. CHARGES MADE BY EAM London, Dec., 21. According to Moscow radio, the central committee of the EAM has sent the three Allied Foreign Ministers in Moscow a report, stating “Armed Royalist Fascist gangs” in Greece have been spreading terror with impunity. More than 1000 Democrats have been killed in the last nine months. The report adds that foreign interfer. ence is preventing the democratic development of Greece. The presence of foreign troops is steadily becoming more undesirable.
