TO FACE TRIAL
TOJO AND HIS ENTIRE CABINET PRINCE NASHIMOTO MAY GO FREE Tokio, Dec., 22. Tojo and his entire Cabinet who plunged Japan into war will be tried jointly as war criminals in the first of the major Pacific war trials in February. Meanwhile the learned Prince Nashi. moto and several other Japanese held at Sugamo prison may be freed. The prosecution has made it clear that the Trial Commission must investigate a considerable time before Pearl Harbour to fix the major war criminals’ guilt.
