INVENTORY IN FRANCE
Paris, Dec. 21. Jean Monnet, former representative of France in Washington, has been ap-pointed-head of the committee on th£ modernisation and equipment of plants which is making a complete inventory of France’s resources and possibilities for reconstruction in the next six months.
