SURRENDER COMPLETED
JAPANESE IN INDO-CHINA Saigon, Dec. 21. Captain T. I. Bell, of the Royal Navy accepted the surrender of Vice-Admiral Hondo, thus completing the handing over of all the Japanese forces in Ir.do-China. The British authorities will soon relinquish the Naval control, which will be taken over by the French Navy.
