London, Nov. 30. The Australian immigration delegation has just completed discussions with Norwegian authorities on how far Australia might be willing to accept some of Norway’s so-called war babies children of Norwegian mothers and German fathers. Reuter’s Oslo correspondent says the Norwegian authorities reported during the conferences that Norway had no surplus population.
