SOCCER MATCH IN GLASGOW
RANGERS DRAW WITH MOSCOW DYNAMOS London, Nov. 29. Glasgow Rangers drew with Moscow Dynamos 2-2. Ninety thousand spectators at Ibrox Park Glasgow, tensely watched the referee walk to the sideline and consult the linesman before awarding Rangers a penalty in the second half of the match.
