BELLS OF ST. PAUL'S PEAL London, Aug. 4. The bells of St. Paul's for the first time since the outbreak of war pealed on the occasion of the .Queen’s 45th birthday. The bells before the war were rung on all Royal birthdays. MESSAGE FROM NEW ZEALAND Wellington, Aug. 5. .His Excellency the Governor-General dispatched the following message to The Queen:—“l respectfully beg to tender to Your Majesty, on behalf of the Government and peoples of New Zealand, its Island Territories and Western Samoa, warmest congratulations and good wishes on the occasion of Your Majesty’s birthday.”
