SERIOUS OUTBREAK LN AMERICA London, Aug. 6 The immediate quarantine of all children under 16 has been ordered at Trenton. New Jersey, in consequence of a serious outbreak, of infantile paralysis, of which 44 cases, eight fatal, have been reported since July Ist. Children have been banned from local shops Swimming pools, picture theatres, churches and playgrounds have been closed. Physicians urged parents to keep children in their own backyards until the epidemic subsides. DEATH RATE IN BELGIUM Reuter's Brussels correspondent says a death rate of 25 per cent among 800 cases of infantile paralysis is reported to the authorities It is officially estimated that only one-Jhird of the total cases are reported. Four iron lungs are being flown from America to help fight the epidemic. They are expected to arrive to-morrow
