Among recently arrived large drafts the Army authorities have found more than iOO out-of-date addresses i«n one draft,” the Minister of Defence, Mr Jones, said to-day, when appealing to next-of-kin of service personnel overseas to keep Base Records advised of changes of address. The Minister said that when drafts returned it was the aim of the authorities to get the men home as soon as possible and the only way in which transport could be arranged was on the basis of the address of next-of-kin When 'this was wrong delays were caused and this was unfair to all concerned. —P.A.
