SIGNOR BONOMI RESIGNS
DISAGREEMENT IN ITALIAN CABINET London, June 8. Protracted unsuccessful discussions among political parties preceded Signor Bonomi’s tendering of his resignation as Premier at this morning’s Cabinet meeting, report agency representatives from Rome. As a result of failure to agree on a new leader, members of the Cabinet persuaded him to remain in office for a few days until the committee of National Liberation retch an agreemnt. Leading candidates for Premiership are Signor Pietro Nenni, Socialist leadr. and Signor Degasperi, head of the Christian Democrats. Communists support Nenni. The Communist leader, Signor Togliatti. refuses to serve under any other premier.
