CANADIAN COMPANY 48 HOURS TO AUSTRALIA Ottawa, June 6 Mr J. A. Wilson, Director of Air Services lor the Department of Transport, said that soon after the war Canadian airlines will be able to take travellers to Australia from Canada in 48 hours at low rates. Mr Wilson, who is just back from a tour of A istralia. said he was keen about an inter-Dominion line, including New Zealand. Mr Wilson believed the Canadian terminus should be Vancouver. with the route via San Diego, Hawaii apd through Canton Island or Fiji to Sy-lney.
