SATISFACTORY SETTLEMENT
OCCUPATION OF STUTTGART London, April 29. The French Army’s claim to maintain the occupation of Stuttgart has been settled satisfactorily to all concerned, says the British United Press Paris correspondent. Details of the agreement are not disclosed, but it is believed the Seventh Army will occupy Stuttgart as long as it needs it for a supply base without prejudice to the French claim for the city to be included in the French post-war occupation zone. The Franch Military Government meantime is being maintained in Stuttgart.
