MOTUEKA METHODIST YOUNG PEOPLE’S SOCIETY

The Motueka district Methodist Young People’s Society welcomed the Rev. and Mrs Herbert Ford at an evening gathering. There was a large attendance and the Rev. Mr Ford based the address on “What, then, will we do with Jesus?” Miss Herrick presided at the organ and the choir rendered an anthem. Miss Robertson was the soloist and Mr Allan Wratt presided. After the service opportunity was taken to say farewell to Miss James who leaves op transfer soon for Nelson. Allusion was made to Miss James’s membership in the local choir, *and a presentation was made on behalf of the choir and church friends. Miss D. Hancox rendered a solo and supper was served.
