HIMMLER’S THREAT
NO TOWNS TO BE SURRENDERED (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) London, Apl. 12. Himmler has issued a decree threatening death to anyone who surrenders a German town or village. “The enemy is trying to trick the German population by misleading statements. The enemy, by swift advances and tank spearheads, is trying to intimidate populations into surrender by threatening to shell their homes to rubble."
