DIRECTOR OF NAVAL CONSTRUCTION
The Admiralty states that Mr C. S. ' Lillicrap has been appointed Director, of Naval Construction in succession to Sir Stanley V. Goodall. who is devoting the whole of his attention to supervision of warship production. Mr Lillicrap was formerly Deputy-Director of Naval Construction and becomes principal technical adviser to the Admiralty on, design of warships and other vessels' for the British Navy.
