FITTER INJURED BY 7 REVOLVING PROPELLER Wellington, This Day. In the Supreme Court. William Laurence Jackson, fitter, who was injured through being struck by a revolving propeller at the de Haviffand factory is seeking £3201 3s damages, alleging negligence on the part of the company or some of its servants in failing to provide a barrier or warning notice at the shed where the engine was running on test.
