Mr J. H. Taylor, Wakefield, has received a card from his son, Pte. Howard Taylor, who is a prisoner of war in Germany. It contains thanks for parcels received, these having arrived safely. Mr N. L. Savage (Nelson), has been admitted to membership of the New Zealand Society of Accountants with the status of A.P.A.N.Z. (associate public accountant). Mr I. C. Greensill (Nelson) has been admitted with the status of A.R.AN.Z. (associate registered accountant). Both are at present on active service.
