Lieut.-Colonel K. B. Tennent, who has been appointed chief executive officer of the Nelson City E.P.S., has had experience of both wars. He served as an officer in the last Great War, and has been in command of troop transports in this war. Previously he was engaged in sheep farming in the Motueka Valley and North Auckland. Lieut.-Colonel Tennent will take up his new duties to-morrow.
