MORE FRENCH WORKERS
RECRUITMENT FOR GERMAN INDUSTRY Rugby, Jan. 29. The Vichy Government is at present occupied with the organisation of a second recruitment of labour for Germany, according to the Swiss newspaper “Neue Zurcher.” It is said that during his second visit to Berlin, M. Laval consented to place 60 per cent, of French specialised workers at the disposal of German industry, involving a dispatch of 250,000 French workers to Germany.—B.O.W.
