NOT TO OPERATE UNDER CONVOY Rio de Janeiro, Oct 22. President Castillo told the Press that Argentine shipping would not operate under convoy. He said the Argentine state merchant marine would preferentially be devoted to maintaining supplies for Argentine and Brazil but because of Argentina’s national position it was unnecessary that the Argentine fleet should operate under special protection.—P.A.
