Germany’s application for the first time of a system of hostages to Allied governments in London marks a further step in the recent tightening up of the German campaign of horror and brutality. A Prague announcement that the relatives of the Czech Government in London had been sent to internment camps as reprisal acts for sabotage was answered last night by the Czech Foreign Minister, M.
