PATRIOTIC BALL

TO-MORROW’S FUNCTION All arrangements are now’ complete for the patriotic ball to be held in the Velma Hall to-morrow night. Preparations for the entertainment of a large crow’d have been made and it ft fully expected that one of the biggest and brightest dances of the year will eventuate. Specially prepared items by the Rhythm Studio will be a feature of the evening and the elaborate supper that is being served should appeal to all. The music w’ill be supplied by Mr H. Williams and his orchestra. The special committee has gone tc great trouble to make a success of the ball and it is confidently expected that the Sick and Wounded Fund and Pri soners of War Parcel Fund will benefi’ considerably.
