CAMP MASCOT SWORN IN

New York, July 22. When a new recruit was sworn in recently at a U.S. Army Air Corps camp somewhere in Victoria special adjustments were made to the ceremonial procedure. The recruit was Gurleigh, cocker spaniel mascot of the camp, who had to put her paw print on attestation papers in order to draw a daily ration.
