CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE PRISONERS DECISION OF INDIAN GOVERNMENT (Rec. 2 p.m.' New Delhi, Dec. 3. Thc Government announced its decision to release civil disobedience prisoners whose offences are formal or symbolic, including Nehru and Azad. The decision was reached because the Government was “confident in the determination of all responsible opinion in India to support the war effort until victory is secured."—U.P.A
