Dagger, he replied that the matter j had b6en discussed at the board meeting. and the board did not deal lightly with it. Sheer force of circumstances had dictated their action. In deference to the patients in the hospital there was no other alternative. The board decided last week that patients will be seen by appointment only and/or on production of a reference from the patient’s own doctor. This does not apply to emergency
