WORK ON VIEW’ AT SUTER ART GALLERY Originals of a set of cartoons on international subjects by David Low, the New Zealand cartoonist employed by the “London Evening Standard” are among the features of the centenary exhibition of pictures now on view in the Suter Art Gallery.
