GERMAN DISSATISFACTION RUMOURED [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) STOCKHOLM, 4th December. Major Quisling has gone to Berlin. It is persistently reported from Norway that the Germans are dissatisfied with Quisling’s administration, and are considering his replacement.
