NELSON SESSION TO-MORROW At the Supreme Court session commencing at Nelson to-morrow under the Hon. Mr Justice A. W. Blair the following cases will be dealt with: PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE Donald Norman Skilton (Mr C. W. Thorp). Theft as a servant. Monica Edna Cann (Mr J. R. Kerr). One charge of theft, six charges of arson and eight charges of attempted arson. CIVIL CASES (Judge alone) C. B. Hunt (Mr Morgan, Reefton) v. H. R. Duncan <Mr G. Samuel) claim for £l3l 10s 9d and counter-claim for £175 15s lOd, on accounts between hotel owner and licensee. Central Motors, Ltd., (Mr M. C. H. Cheek) v. H. H. and D. R. Trewavas (Mr C. W. Thorp). Claim for £602 6$ Bd, balance due on truck under conditional purchase agreement and counter claim for £750 damages for alleged breach of warranty. P. F. Busch (Mr G. Samuel) v. L. W. Stratford (Mr C. R. Fell). Appeal from decision of Magistrate’s Court. Motor collision case. IN DIVORCE (Undefended) A. M. Y. Fairweather (Mr C. R. Fell) v. A. J. Fairweather.
