POSSIBLE RAIN BUT IMPROVING TO-MORROW The weather is predicted to be dull and in places misty, with further drizzle or rain, and a possibility of heavy falls. The weather was again changeable at the week-end. Saturday remained fine and warm, the day’s sunshine being 10 hours 35 minutes. The barometer fell and the weather was warm but threatening yesterday morning and rain commenced to fall in the afternoon. Showers continued in the evening, 44 points of rain falling. The weather was still doubtful to-day, being overcast and misty.

Overcast or wet weather was general throughout New Zealand to-day.
