USE OF OIL AND PHOSPHORUS REPORTED [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] ZURICH, 23rd October. hTe newspaper “Volksrich,” quoting travellers from Holland, says that R.A.F. raiders against barge concentrations in the Rhine and Schelde used thousands of incendiary bombs consisting of a special mixture of oil and phosphorus, which created a sea of flame and ignited the barges.
