A meteorologist expresses the opinion that rain will probably fall throughout the State and prove most bountiful. It has already reached Sydney, and is forming the chief topic of conversation with all classes. The Sydney Royal Show has opened and will continue for 10 days. It does not appear to be affected either by the war or the unprecedented drought which has afflicted New South Wales for six months. i
