Instructions have been sent to Sir William Seeds, British Ambassador at Moscow, and discussions will rc-opcn with M. Molotov, Soviet Foreign Minister, as soon as instructions to the French Ambassador arrive. “The Times” says that the latest British reply to Moscow, which will be dispatched to-day, makes it plain that the British and Fiench Governments would co-operate immediately with Moscow in resisting any future acts of European aggression affecting the interests of any of the three PowTHE NEXT STEP AMBASSADORS CONFER (Received 29th June. 12.40 a.m.) MOSCOW, 28th June. Sir William Seeds, British Ambassador, consulted M. Naggiar, French Ambassador, regarding the next steps in the negotiations with Russia, after which he saw the Ambassadors of Turkey and Afghanistan which are closely interested in the Triple Alliance.
