HANDED OVER TO POLICE (Received 10th June, 9.25 a.m.) JERUSALEM, Oth June. Tired of the bandit leader Mahfouz exactions and murders, unarmed villagers surrounded his sleeping quarters and captured him and ten of his followers. The villagers notified the troops who handed them over to the Nablus police.
