INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT
STRICTER CONTROL OF ANTIJAPANESE PRESS (Received 13th April. 10.35 a.m.) TOKIO, 12th April. The Japanese Consul-General requested the chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Council to exercise strict ! control over the anti-Japanese press in the International Settlement. The chairman agreed.
