MIX-UP AT SHANGHAI NIGHT CLUB
AN INTERNATIONAL “INCIDENT" (Received 13th April, 9.0 a.m.) SHANGHAI, 12th April. Forty-two Italians attacked a small band of British, French and American soldiers in a night club last night, using bottles ;nd chairs. Italian officers got their men back to barracks except for four, who were knocked out by punches.
Three French soldiers received severe head wounds and a Seaforth Highlander a cut forehead. A Russian dancer was taken to hospital
