GIRL SWIMMERS FEAT
SETS WORLD BREASTSTROKE RECORD fU.P.A.— By Electric Telegraph— Copyrieht! COPENHAGEN, 28th February. A 14-year-old Danish girl, Inge Sorensen, swam 500 metres breaststroke in 7mins 58 4-ssecs, a world record. The previous record, Bmins 3 4-ssccs, was established by Miss M. Mayehata (Japan) in 1933.
