THE NEW PSYCHOLOGY
j Last evening Dr. Vere Poliss Ph.D., who is at present on a world lecturing tour spoke on fear and dangerous emoI tions and dealt mainly with the message I of* the new psychology. The lecturer j stated that people everywhere were i seeking a solution to the everyday problems of life. The solution was to be found in the new psychology. The world to-day was seeking the easiest and quickest way out of its problems. and it was in the application of the technique of this great science that the path of freedom was to be found. It was necessary that the individual should become aware of his predominant thought and moods, for in the final analysis man was the net result of what he thought. Summing up the new psychology. Dr. Poliss gave some striking illustrations from her large experience. and stated that the new psychology was Christianity in its deepest sense. The subject of the lecture this evening will be "The 3 Gold Keys to Attainment."
