The “Sunday Times.’’ dealing with the Hitler-Beck conversations last week, understands reliably that Herr Hitler said that his great ambition in 1939 was to obtain the redistribution of Colonies. He suggested that Poland immediately stake out her Colonial claims. Colonel Beck, who is Ihe Polish Foreign Minister, gathered the impression that Herr Hitler wants a colonial .onference summoned befoie th end of the year.
