CLAIM BY CHINESE RECAPTURE OF TOWNS (Received 13th December, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, 12th December. The Chinese Embassy asserts that the Chinese again recaptured Waichow anc at present are driving the Japanese towards Poklo. The Japanese are nd progressing in Kwangtung.
