J he Rome correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” states that Dr. Milan is moderately pleased with the Pope's progress, aud says it is believed that the Pope is preparing a message for a world broadcast on 24th December, in which he will deal with the position of the Jews. If he is unable to broadcast he will delegate Cardinal Pacelli to do so.
