Russia is enthusiastic, the newspaper “Izvestia” extolling future prospects and emphasising the appropriate moment for signature. The Press generally considers (hat the agreement will prevent Poland’s participation in the Anti-Comintern Pact and rejoices at .French approval and the interest of other countries.
