DOMINIONS SHOULD HAVE PREFERENCE fU P.A.—Bv Electric Telegraph— Copyright’ (Received 30th November, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, 29th November. Sir Henry Page-Croft, in a speech to the Empire Industries Association, commented on the utter folly that nothing had been done to stimulate the mojement of capital to the Dominions. Britain had given a loan of £10.000,000 to Czechoslovakia, but quibbled over substantial assistance for the promotion of the Dominions, who were her best customers. The Duke of Buccleuch said he hoped it was not too late to reverse the policy of foreign investment in preference to the Dominions.
